Install went smoothly and they resolved other issues with our system (missing return filter and bad drain placement) while they were at it. We were even uncertain on unit sizing at first, but it’s become very obvious that Angel made the right call on that.

My a/c quit working on a Thursday, and the guy I usually use came out Friday telling me it was a blown compressor and since we had an older unit, it would be best to just replace the entire thing, but all of that was too big of a job for him to fix. After calling other companies over the weekend, no one was able to come out until Monday or Tuesday. To further complicate things, we were heading out of town the following weekend, and no one could confirm that we would have the new unit replaced by that time. We called Angel Air Monday morning, and Ray came out a couple hours later, confirming everything my repair guy had told me. After we discussed what we needed he went back to his office and sent me three estimates for three different units that he recommended. Ray told me the unit we initially had was not big enough for the house we lived in the begin with, so an upgrade would make a difference. Tuesday we discussed all options and Ray adjusted his estimates to fit into the price range we were looking for, and he helped guide us into the correct unit to maximize rebates, and the 0% APR being offered by Trane. After we decided on a unit, he sent me an adjusted estimate, and set up the appointment for installation the following day. Wednesday his crew showed up on time, and professionally installed the indoor and outdoor unit. They cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly the entire time. They explained how all of the new equipment worked. And at the very end, the final price was exactly what the estimate has stated. I will be using them again in the future, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Ray and his team replaced our old unit the first week of August 2012 after our old system broke down with a Trane 16 SEER high efficiency system. They responded immediately and we were without cooling for only 2 days during the hottest time of the year. We were concerned with the original investment for a high effeceint system but now when the electric bills arrive we are very pleased we made the investment. Angel Air provided a quality installation, responsive service and we highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs.
